The staff were lovely and it was a comfortable stay.
No USB in the room for charging phone, it was the first time I didn't bother bringing my own as most premier inns have them as standard these days but one shouldn't assume!

AVOID ALL COSTS!
Paid £90 per night, was shocked!Dirty, old room with fungus everywhere, heater doesn’t help at all.
Lady at reception asked what time we want breakfast I said 7am,guess what we waited 30 min for breakfast, nothing was prepared 2 mornings a row…we paid £9.99 for breakfast…
Very bad mobile signal,so this hotel decided to scam you, what they do?You have access for free wi-fi what gonna work slow and disconnect every 2 min,SO they offer you to pay £5 for UNLIMITED WiFi for one night!

The staff and in-house restaurant ( the social) for evening meal was very good. The food was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast some items had been there too long, some items were cold. Although poached and scrambled eggs were cooked to order, so was hot. Bacon, fried egg, hash browns, and beans weren't very good

Without a lift my daughters
struggled with a pram and four week old baby up stairs..health and safety?
A freezing night set the heating to 22% came on in the evening stone cold in the morning.
Restaurant at breakfast time had a big sign saying "no eggs" unbelievable!

Have stayed at dozens of premier inns over a number of years. The accommodation is as you would expect with no complaints but there has definitely been a drop in quality of the food in their Brewers Fayre restaurants. We choose premier inns because they have always had a restaurant attached offering good value meals. It’s hard to put your finger on what has happened but they do seem to run with the bare minimum of staff in the restaurants in all of the premier inns we have recently stayed in. The food is no longer value for money, the Mac and cheese looked like it was out of a tin which is fine but not at £13. The breakfasts, which were always superb are now hit and miss with old reheated beans 😩 The staff can’t be faulted, always work hard but I’m feel they are the victims of cost cutting and are not able to provide a consistent service.

Great place Shame they have shut down the Beefeater best breakfast anywhere it was always busy as well. Don't know about building a breakfast place inside the hotel seems barmy to me they should take out all the baths & put showers inn. The riims are getting a bit tired still good though

We stayed for one night at Ross on wye premier inn and had a pleasant stay in clean room and very quiet location , went out for tea in town five min drive away and we are glad because breakfast was terrible after an hour waiting and getting the order wrong finally got presented poor quality not very warm food. Husband had finished his poorly cooked food by the time I got mine after the order was wrong. Bacon was only just cooked along with the only just warm mushrooms.
The girls waitressing very nice and doing their best but being let down by the kitchen

Not Worth the Money for Meals – Okay for Sleeping
The hotel lets you choose your room temperature, but it resets itself to a lower setting during the night, which made it quite cold. As for the meals, I felt like I was being ripped off. They used to offer a much wider selection for the same price, but now we had to leave and grab something from KFC nearby. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing. I would recommend this hotel only if you're just looking for a place to sleep without any food expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff couldn't do enough for you, very kind and helpful. Restaurant very close by, we opted for the breakfast / evening meal deal. A brilliant breakfast. The staff are kind, polite, attentive. Plus a perfect night's sleep. I would definitely recommend based on my experience

Place was in average condition but relatively clean, bed was very stiff but the room was quiet. Receptionist Lauren was the jewel in the crown, very happy, smiley, young lady who was very positive and couldn't do enough to help. A credit to the company.
