We ordered the giant twister game alongside bouncy castle and soft play and the twister game arrived muddy and covered in grass. It was simply wiped over once and that was it. The photos are of the twister game after they had 'cleaned' it. We couldn't let children play on this so we had to move it out of sight which resulted in my husband covered in mud. We waited to speak to someone in person but they haven't arrived by time we'd finished, emailed twice and sent a text message and have received no response. No apology, just a generic email about leaving a review. So only giving a 2 star review as the other two items were fine.

Really pleased with the bounce castle we hired from Megabounce for my kiddo's birthday party. The team were very really punctual on the day and set up quickly. Even though the hall's ceiling was a little too low for the height of the castle, they had a back-up plan and set up in no time at all. The kids loved the bouncy castle and slide and the birthday boy is desperate to have the same one next year - so we're going to be booking again for sure.

Fantastic service! The lovely chaps delivered the pirate ship bouncy castle and were more than happy to help climb ladders to get it into the space. Excellent service, very friendly. Great choice of bouncy castles and all other items you might need for your occation. Delivered before delivery time and collection was at the later end of the hour slot but I had a phone call to keep me informed which was very much appreciated. The children loved the bouncy castle. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

It is very sad that we are so lucky. Bouncel castle was very dirty as if no one had ever washed it. I've never seen that before. The smell was horrible. hols was the largest casle inside. I told everyone I know about my experience and I do not recommend anyone to order from here

Fantastic... easy booking, returned my calls promptly and assisted my concerns (sloping garden)!! Contact was fab (thanks Gavin), kept in the loop about drop off and pick up times. Gavin, was great, negotiated some annoying garden steps too, very friendly and professional at the same time. Can't thank you enough. So much fun, will be enquiring about slushies and silent discos too!!
