Reni who served us, absolutely shocking customer service. Cold food served, i asked for something hot and she told me it wasn’t cold, it was hot. Deluded.

Not being funny but the couple times that I’ve been here, the toilets are out of order. This is highly not appreciated as it’s such an inconvenience to have a pit stop and the toilets be out of order…. The food is also rank as it has an old taste. I don’t expect it to be warm but at least edible..

Coffee tastes awful. I suspect the machine is long overdue a good clean.

Unlike all the other Greggs I have been to the 'hot' food here is always stone cold. Will not be back.

Just stopped and saw there were 4 sausage rolls left with a few other pasties etc… asked the lady working if we could have sausage rolls warmed for the children, to be told no, so after a few minutes of looking around the kids decided they’d have them cold. Went back to the desk as they were being bagged up to be told she’d closed 4 minutes ago and I couldn’t purchase them and she said she was putting them in the bin! I asked if I could buy them and she threw them in the bin! Wow! Great customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!

Very handy place to stop for a snack. Just between the M50 and Ross On Wye on the A449. Plenty of parking also with a Spa shop and fuel station. Called in several times over the years and always had a experience. I called in for a bacon sandwich and was served quickly even though there was several people in front of me. Perfectly cooked and very enjoyable. Based on my experience I will definitely return and would recommend.

What appalling service! Freezing, rock solid food. Take it back to be replaced and they can't take back because of covid..ok thats completely understandable but give us fresh ,warm food that your putting out as talking to you about freezing the food is! Attitude is were not a hot counter anymore, no offer of refund, worse customer service ever

We called here early on Sunday morning for a quick breakfast and ordered bacon rolls which were very poor, bacon barely cooked. Normally Greggs bacon roll is very good but here not so. I know it doesn't cost much but nevertheless still expect it cooked. We didn't complain as we were travelling. Maybe staff training required.
